Medium weight

Customer Support

Whether real help is available when you actually need it.

Customer support carries medium weight because good support only matters when something goes wrong — but when it does, it matters a great deal. We contact support ourselves, at different times, to measure genuine responsiveness and quality.

What we check

Availability & channels

We check which channels are offered — live chat, email, phone — and the real hours they are staffed, ideally 24/7.

Genuine response times

We contact live chat at different times of day and record how long a real response actually takes, rather than trusting advertised claims.

Answer quality

We ask real questions about withdrawals, bonuses and verification to see whether agents give accurate, helpful answers or scripted deflections.

Self-help resources

We review the FAQ and help centre to see whether common questions are answered clearly without needing to contact an agent.

Why it matters

Responsive, knowledgeable support is a strong indicator of how an operator will treat you if a dispute arises. Slow or evasive support is a warning sign for the wider operation.

Support quality is easy to fake in marketing copy, so we always test it directly.

How we test it

  1. 1Contact live chat at busy and quiet times and time the real response.
  2. 2Ask specific questions about withdrawals, bonuses and verification.
  3. 3Test email response times and any phone support.
  4. 4Review the FAQ and help centre for clarity and coverage.

Red flags we watch for

  • Live chat that is offline during evenings or weekends when players are active.
  • Scripted, evasive answers to direct questions.
  • Long email response times with no live channel.
  • A thin or outdated help centre.
